Appointments Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Please arrive on time and ready for your treatment so that you can enjoy your full experience. Deposits & Payment A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Deposits are redeemable against your treatment and are non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled outside of our cancellation policy. Full payment is required at the end of your treatment. Cancellations & Rescheduling I kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee or loss of deposit. Appointments missed without notice will be charged at 100% of the treatment price. I understand that unexpected circumstances can happen and will always consider these on an individual basis. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your appointment. As I work on a one-to-one basis, arriving late may mean your treatment needs to be shortened to avoid affecting the next appointment, while the full treatment price may still apply. If you are more than 15 minutes late**, your appointment may need to be cancelled and the applicable cancellation fee may apply. Treatment Suitability Your safety and wellbeing are my priority. Before certain treatments, you may be asked to complete a consultation and/or health questionnaire. Please inform me of any relevant medical conditions, allergies, medications, skin sensitivities, pregnancy or other circumstances that may affect treatment suitability. I reserve the right to modify or decline a treatment where I feel it is not appropriate or safe to proceed. Patch Tests Certain treatments may require a patch test before your appointment. Where a patch test is required, it must be completed within the recommended timeframe. Failure to attend for a required patch test may mean that your treatment cannot go ahead. Skin Treatments Results from advanced skincare and facial treatments vary from person to person. While I always aim to provide the best possible experience and outcome, individual results cannot be guaranteed. Please follow all recommended aftercare instructions to support your skin following treatment. Massage Treatments Massage treatments are designed to promote relaxation and wellbeing. They are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure medical conditions. Please inform me before your treatment of any injuries, areas of discomfort or relevant health concerns so that your treatment can be adapted where appropriate. Children & Guests My Salon is a private, one-to-one treatment space, I kindly ask that children and additional guests do not attend treatments unless previously agreed. Personal Belongings Please keep personal belongings with you where possible. I cannot accept responsibility for lost, damaged or stolen personal items. Mobile Phones To maintain a peaceful and relaxing environment, I kindly ask that mobile phones are kept on silent during treatments. Respectful Environment Rejuvenating Beauty Lounge/Wellness and Skin is committed to providing a welcoming, professional and respectful environment. Inappropriate, abusive or disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in the appointment being terminated. Changes to Treatments Treatments may occasionally need to be adjusted due to individual skin or treatment requirements. I will always discuss any necessary changes with you before proceeding. Privacy Any personal information collected during booking or consultation will be handled confidentially and in accordance with applicable UK data protection requirements.
