Salon Terms & Conditions RAesthetics – Terms and Conditions Behaviour Policy We operate a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of verbal or physical abuse towards our staff or other clients. Any abusive behaviour will result in your appointment being stopped immediately, refusal of future services, and you will still be charged in full. No refunds will be issued in these circumstances. Booking and Deposits A deposit of 50% of the total treatment cost is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable to other treatments or appointment dates. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received. Cancellations and No-Shows We require at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or do not attend your appointment, the full treatment cost will be charged. Refund Policy All deposits are strictly non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation. This includes cancellations by the client, no-shows, abusive behaviour, or failure to follow pre-treatment requirements. Treatment Outcomes While every effort will be made to achieve the desired results, outcomes cannot be guaranteed. All clients are individuals and may respond differently to treatments. If you are dissatisfied with the results, Rachel will do what she reasonably can to address your concerns, provided it does not go against professional guidelines, her training, or client safety. Right to Refuse Treatment Rachel reserves the right to cancel or refuse any treatment if she believes it is unsafe to proceed. This includes situations where there are concerns for her own safety, the safety of others, or your safety as the patient.
