SalonBooking prices and terms checked 29 October 2026 on SalonBooking pricing and SalonBooking home page. Covered Beauty prices are the advertised monthly subscriptions in our pricing section. SalonBooking’s pricing page doesn’t say whether its prices include VAT. Card processing and optional extras are separate. Features and tax treatment differ, so this is not a like-for-like total-cost quote. Check each provider’s current terms before signing up.

Is Covered Beauty a good SalonBooking alternative?

Covered Beauty has a middle plan, Pro at £14, that adds 150 texts a month instead of 50, rebooking emails sent for you every morning, win-back campaigns, your own web address and your logo at the top of your booking page instead of ours. Texts are included on every plan (50 texts a month on Solo, 150 on Pro and 300 on the Team plan), where SalonBooking’s pages say text reminders use credits you buy separately and don’t give a price. Consent forms, client records and card deposits are on every plan.

We do not market to your client list. You can export your records and cancel your subscription. Read our promise for the details.

Who is SalonBooking better for?

SalonBooking suits solo and small-team salons that want a simple booking page and a longer free trial. When we checked, its trial was 14 days where ours is 7, and its Team plan had no limit on staff where ours stops at five people. If you have more than five people, SalonBooking’s Team plan is the one to look at.

Look at what sits around the monthly price.

SalonBooking’s Solo plan is £9 a month and Covered Beauty’s Solo plan is £9. Both take deposits through Stripe with no booking commission, so the difference is in the trial, the texts and the extras. Add Stripe’s card fees to either one, and any text credits you buy.

How do I switch from SalonBooking to Covered Beauty?

  1. Add a few treatments with the prices and durations you actually use.
  2. Set your working hours and open the booking page on your phone.
  3. Check the diary, a client record and the consent forms you need.
  4. Export your client list from SalonBooking. If its columns are headed name (or first and last name), email and phone or mobile, upload it to Covered Beauty as it is. If not, paste those columns into our client template and upload that.
  5. Ask us about future appointments and any prepaid balances. Keep access to SalonBooking until you have checked everything.
