A price list that looks
as good as your work.
Type or paste your treatments and prices, pick a template, and download a picture for your Instagram stories and posts. Made for UK nail techs, lash techs, brow artists and salons. It’s free, there’s nothing to sign up for, and what you type stays on your phone or computer.
Make your price list
One treatment a line, with its price and how long it takes if you like. A line with no price on it is a heading. Or paste the list from your Instagram, your notes or your old booking page.
Type or paste your treatments and your price list appears here.
How do you make a price list for Instagram?
- Type your business name, then your treatments, one a line, each with its price.
- Add how long each one takes if you like (“45 mins”, “1 hour”). Put a heading on its own line, like Lashes or Brows, to group the treatments under it.
- Pick one of the three free templates, Classic, Midnight or Sand, and a size: a story, or a post for your feed.
- Download the picture, or on a phone, save it straight to your photos and post it.
Already got a price list in your Instagram highlights, your notes or an old booking page? Copy it and paste it in. Emoji, dots between the name and the price and lines like “Please arrive 10 minutes early” are tidied away, and anything we leave out is listed so you can check.
What should a beauty price list include?
Clients scroll past a price list in a second or two, so make it easy to read at a glance. Put each treatment under a heading for what it is, use the names clients would say themselves, and give one clear price for each.
- Times as well as prices. Knowing a full set takes two hours helps a client pick a slot they can really make.
- “From” prices where it varies. If the price depends on length or how much is done, write “from £30” rather than guessing, and the picture shows it that way.
- Patch tests and consultations. If you do them, put them on, free ones included, so clients know to book one first.
- Where to book. Use the line at the bottom for your booking link or Instagram name, so a client who likes the prices knows what to do next.
Your deposit and cancellation rules are worth saying too, but they read better in your booking confirmation than on the picture, so the maker leaves those lines out.

Turn your price list into a booking page
A price list tells clients what you charge. A booking page lets them do something about it: pick a treatment, see the times you’re free and book, with a deposit if you take one, while you’re busy with the client in your chair.
Press Turn this into your booking page under your picture, or any sign-up button on this page, and the list you made comes with you. Once you’re signed up, it’s ready to check and add on your Treatments page, with no typing it all out again. Covered Beauty is free for a week, with no card needed, then from £9 a month with no booking commission. See how online booking works.
Questions about the price list maker
Is the price list maker free?
Yes. There’s no account to make and nothing to pay. Make as many price lists as you like, in any of the styles, and download them all.
Do you keep what I type?
No. Your price list is made in your own browser and isn’t sent to us. If you go on to sign up from this page, the list is kept in that browser so it’s ready to add once you’re in. We only offer it for 30 days. It’s deleted when you add it or say no thanks. If you do neither, it’s deleted the next time you open the price list maker or your Treatments page after the 30 days are up.
What size are the pictures?
A story is 1080 by 1920 pixels, the tall shape that fills a phone screen. A post is 1080 by 1350 pixels, a 4:5 portrait shape for your feed. Both download as PNG pictures.
What if my price list is long?
We read the first 60 lines. When your treatments won’t fit on one picture at a size people can read, they go across two or more, each with your name at the top and 1 of 2 under it, ready to post as a carousel or a run of stories.
Can I put it on Facebook, WhatsApp or my website?
Yes. It’s an ordinary PNG picture, so you can post it on Facebook, send it on WhatsApp, print it or put it on your website.
Can clients book from my price list?
Not from a picture. That’s what a booking page is for: your treatments and prices on a page of your own, where clients pick a time and book themselves in. Covered Beauty turns the list you made here into one. It’s free for a week, with no card needed, then from £9 a month.
