Phorest prices and terms checked 10 October 2026 on Phorest UK pricing, Phorest UK terms and PhorestPay. Covered Beauty prices are the advertised monthly subscriptions in our pricing section. Phorest doesn’t publish plan prices, and its pricing page doesn’t say whether its text prices include VAT. Ask how VAT applies when you get a quote. Card processing and optional extras are separate. Features and tax treatment differ, so this is not a like-for-like total-cost quote. Check each provider’s current terms before signing up.

Is Covered Beauty a good Phorest alternative?

Covered Beauty suits independent practitioners and teams of up to five who want to see the price before they sign up. Solo is £9/month and Salon is £19/month for up to five, both with unlimited bookings, deposits, consent forms, client records and 50 free texts a month. It’s billed monthly and you can cancel from your billing page whenever you need to.

We do not market to your client list. You can export your records and cancel your subscription. Read our promise for the details.

Who is Phorest better for?

Phorest suits established salons, spas and clinics with a team of three or more who want client marketing and retention tools, with set-up, data import and training done for them. Every plan includes unlimited staff and devices, and the bigger plans add a branded booking app and Reserve with Google. If that’s what you need and a yearly contract suits you, ask Phorest for a demo.

Ask for the cost of the whole year.

Phorest prices by quote, so ask for the total over its 12-month term for your team, including texts and card fees. Put that next to £108 a year for Covered Beauty Solo or £228 a year for Salon. Those are our subscriptions only. Stripe’s card fees and any extra texts are on top.

How do I switch from Phorest to Covered Beauty?

  1. Add a few treatments with the prices and durations you actually use.
  2. Set your working hours and open the booking page on your phone.
  3. Check the diary, a client record and the consent forms you need.
  4. Export your client list from Phorest. If its columns are headed name (or first and last name), email and phone or mobile, upload it to Covered Beauty as it is. If not, paste those columns into our client template and upload that.
  5. Ask us about future appointments and any prepaid balances. Keep access to Phorest until you have checked everything.

Phorest’s terms ask for written notice at least two months before your contract year ends, so check your renewal date before you plan the move.

Need help working out the move? Tell us what you use now. We can confirm what is possible before you commit. Our salon software checklist covers the rest of the move.
