Is Covered Beauty a good SimplyBook.me alternative?

Covered Beauty suits a busy salon that doesn’t want to count bookings. Both plans have unlimited bookings, 50 free texts a month, deposits, consent forms and client records, made for salons, clinics and tanning studios. Solo is £9/month and Salon is £19/month for up to five.

We do not market to your client list. You can export your records and cancel your subscription. Read our promise for the details.

Who is SimplyBook.me better for?

SimplyBook.me suits businesses that want a general scheduler with lots of optional extras and a choice of payment providers. On a quiet diary it costs less than Covered Beauty: the free plan covers 50 bookings a month for one person, and Basic covers up to five people for £12.90/month if you take 100 bookings a month or fewer. Bigger teams of up to 15 or 30 people can use Standard or Premium.

Count your bookings first.

Five people taking 30 bookings a week between them is roughly 130 a month, which is over Basic’s 100. On SimplyBook.me that means Standard at £25/month, or buying extra bookings at $4 per 100. On Covered Beauty Salon it’s £19/month whatever the number. Check your own diary before you choose.
