Mindbody prices and terms checked 10 October 2026 on Mindbody UK pricing and Mindbody UK payments. Covered Beauty prices are the advertised monthly subscriptions in our pricing section. Mindbody’s pricing page doesn’t say whether £89 includes VAT. Card processing and optional extras are separate. Features and tax treatment differ, so this is not a like-for-like total-cost quote. Compare a year, not a month.
Mindbody’s starting price is £89 a month per location, which is £1,068 over a year at that rate. Covered Beauty Salon is £228 a year for up to five people. Those are subscriptions only. Card fees, extra texts and any add-ons are on top for both.
